Incentive Meetings
Virtual / Hybbrid Events
Gala Dinner / Awards Gala
Incentive meetings are probably one of the most fulfilling type of projects to run as it is essentially four, sometimes five, events rolled into one.
Aside from transport (local and international) and registration logistics, there is a welcome dinner, a conference or a meeting, followed by team building and a celebratory gala dinner, most often with an awards ceremony element.
This is where experience and passion step in...
Since 2020, virtual and hybrid events have become a main-stay for companies. Although not a new medium, the pandemic has hastened and improved on the quality of delivering such projects.
From virtual award ceremonies and online conferences, to Christmas parties and team building activities, going online is now here to stay. Not only does it increase the viewership and reach for brands, going online also enables participants from all over the world to partake and be apart of the event from the comfort of their homes.
Here at TMA Events, virtual events are produced akin to a TV production, where the experience of the online audience are taken into consideration as much as the in-person attendees. Engaging all who attend is the key to a successful hybrid event.
The quintessential gala event is one where glamour meets the business world, most often celebrating achievements on the national and sometimes, global stage. Having the perfect control of the dinner service, host, on-stage and off-stage programme, (often) nervous award winners, local/regional or international artists and most importantly, all the technical aspects, will test the resolve of any event producer. Not to mention orchestrating all of the above within the allocated time.
The secret to a successful gala is detailed planning, organised rehearsals and a cool head to run the programme once it begins.

At TMA, planning and brainstorming (and more planning) leads the charge for every event. After taking the event brief, the team will present a proposal and a cost evaluation. Thereafter, the REAL work begins.
The event is executed multiple times on paper via the event manual, a fail-safe document that plans every aspect of the setup and programme.
Through a step-by-step and literally a minute-to-minute walk-through of every aspect of the event, we plan for eventualities and ensure a contingency is in place, wherever possible.
At every step mentioned, we ensure that our clients are kept in the loop. Communication is key to the TMA Process.
Working with our clients to ensure that the goals are met, TMA will evaluate the specifications provided to create a targeted event proposal.
The creative team at TMA will develop a strategy, a programme and design aesthetics that fit our clients’ brand.
TMA will walk you through the proposal, giving an insight into how we envision the project to be. At this stage, the idea starts to become a reality.
Individual project elements (speakers, entertainers, hosts, etc.) are presented to clients to ensure the right branding fit and appropriateness for the programme.
The science of event management comes into play at this juncture, with documents such as rehearsal schedules, event programme, AV run sheet and MC scripts developed by TMA.
There are no “second-takes” when it comes to events. TMA utilises rehearsal times to perfect the programming, with rehearsals treated with the same reverence as the event proper.
Post-event evaluations from clients, the TMA project team and attendees are critical in ensuring the event objectives have been met.
